14-Year Old Schoolboy - Youngest Player to Compete in US Open


A fourteen year aged schoolboy from the city Florida is identified as the youngest Golf player and participating in US open. Casey has suffered form the injury and get out of the US open. Zhang has filled that place, which has got the chance to play this tournament as he narrowly missed out on qualifying in a play-off.

Fellow amateur Jordan Spieth has joined Chang in the main draw, who is the member of last year’s American Walker Cup side in Aberdeen. Spieth takes the position of compatriot Brandt Snedeker, who is out because of a rib injury.

Zhang added “When I got the call] my mind just went blank. Then, I said ‘Wait! What?’ I am in the US Open?
